My new Bon Vivant fabrics from Windham make great accessories! Try a rosette with http://www.baumtextile.com/cgi-bin/fabricshop/gallery.cgi?Category=465 Pattern #32166-1 shown above. For a rosette tutorial you can check out my other blog http://www.acoastalpreppy.com on the lower right column. I sewed 2 faux black pearls and one jet bead to the center. I used velcro dots to attach a piece of black grograin ribbon to the barrette and velcro strips to attach the rosette to the barrette.
