Try this project using my Bon Vivant fabric from Windham #32169-8, 2″ wide brown grosgrain ribbon, some lace trim, & a couple of rows of ruffled ivory elastic (ribbon & elastic purchased at M & J Trimming), pins, and ivory thread.
